Ingredients
juice of 1 orange
1 medium banana
1 green apple
2 tbsp peanut butter
1 cup almond milk (or other non-dairy milk alternative)
1 packed cup pea shoots
1 - 2 tsp maple syrup (optional)
Preparation
Step 1
Combine alomnd milk and pea shoots and blend to a liquid.
Step 2
Add remaining ingredients and blend until smooth. Transfer into a glass and enjoy
