Bright Pea Shoot Smoothie

Ingredients

  • juice of 1 orange 

  • 1 medium banana 

  • 1 green apple

  • 2 tbsp peanut butter

  • 1 cup almond milk (or other non-dairy milk alternative)

  • 1 packed cup pea shoots 

  • 1 - 2 tsp maple syrup (optional)

Preparation

Step 1


Combine alomnd milk and pea shoots and blend to a liquid. 



Step 2

Add remaining ingredients and blend until smooth. Transfer into a glass and enjoy
