Avocado Microgreen Salad

Ingredients

Salad: 

  • 1 cup or more of microgreens of your choice 

  • 1 blood orange cut into small pieces 

  • 1/2 avocado cubed 

  • 1/2 cup of julienned daikon radish 

  • 1/4 cup walnut pieces

Dressing: 

  • 1 Tbsp. cold-pressed olive oil 

  • 1 Tbsp. lemon juice 

  • 1 clove chopped garlic (optional) 

  • A dash of salt and pepper

Preparation

Step 1

Toss all the salad ingredients together. 

Step 2

Shake the dressing ingredients in a lidded jar. 

Step 3

Dress,  toss, and serve! 


Add you favorite protien!
